回火时间对Nb微合金化压力容器用钢析出物的影响

Effect of tempering time on precipitates in Nb microalloyed pressure vessel steel

摘要: 对某Nb微合金化压力容器用钢板进行950 ℃保温50 min淬火+620 ℃保温不同时间(12.5、25、50和200 min)回火处理后,对其进行TEM及EDS分析,研究了回火时间对钢中析出物的影响。结果表明,在回火保温时间12.5 min下,组织主要为回火索氏体+粒状贝氏体,基体上分布着细小粒状渗碳体和M-A岛。回火保温时间延长至200 min,粒状贝氏体分解完全。钢中析出物主要成分为Nb、Ti、C,为MC型碳化物,回火保温时间延长能够促进析出物生成,且析出物尺寸由18.2 nm长大至82.4 nm。

Abstract: Effect of tempering time on precipitates of a Nb-microalloyed pressure vessel steel plate after quenching at 950 ℃ for 50 min followed by tempering at 620 ℃ for different time (12.5, 25, 50, 200 min) was investigated by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that when the tempering time is 12.5 min, the microstructure is mainly composed of tempered martensite+granular bainite, with fine granular cementite and M-A islands distributing on the matrix. When the tempering time is extended to 200 min, the granular bainite decomposes completely. The main components of the precipitates in the steel are Nb, Ti, and C, which are MC-type carbides. Prolonging the tempering time can promote the formation of precipitates, and the size of the precipitates grows from 18.2 nm to 82.4 nm.
