淬火回火工艺对DF13钢组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of quenching and tempering processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of DF13 steel

摘要: 通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、维氏硬度计、冲击试验机研究了淬火回火工艺对DF13钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在回火条件相同时,1070 ℃×0.5 h淬火时的原奥氏体晶粒混晶现象严重,冲击性能比1030 ℃×1.5 h淬火时的低,由于其碳化物溶解充分,其硬度比1030 ℃×1.5 h淬火时的高。随回火温度升高、回火时间延长以及回火次数增加,回火组织从回火马氏体向回火索氏体转变,试样硬度呈下降趋势,冲击性能提升。基于综合力学性能和时间成本,DF13钢最优的淬火回火工艺为1030 ℃×1.5 h淬火+545 ℃×2 h单次回火。

Abstract: Effect of quenching and tempering processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DF13 steel was studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, Vickers hardness tester and impact testing machine. The results show that under the same tempering conditions, the prior austenite grain structure exhibits severe mixed grain phenomenon when quenched at 1070 ℃ for 0.5 h, leading to lower impact property compared to quenching at 1030 ℃ for 1.5 h. However, due to more complete carbide dissolution, the hardness is higher than that achieved with the 1030 ℃×1.5 h quenching processes. With increasing tempering temperature and tempering time, and additional tempering cycles, the tempering structure changes from tempered martensite to tempered sorbite, and the hardness of the specimens decreases, but the impact property improves. Therefore, based on the mechanical properties and time cost, the best quenching and tempering processes of the DF13 steel is quenching at 1030 ℃ for 1.5 h, and tempering at 545 ℃ for 2 h.
