40Cr钢锥面零件的激光淬火

摘要: 采用LDF4000-100型半导体激光器对40Cr钢锥面零件淬火工艺进行了研究。在温度闭环控制系统下首先研究了不同温度、不同扫描速度下40Cr钢平板试样的激光淬火质量情况,在此基础上结合大锥零件淬火区域尺寸和形状结构进行了多道淬火扫描试验。结果表明,在17 mm×5 mm矩形光斑垂直入射锥面淬火区域下,选取加热温度1400 ℃、扫描速率10 mm/s、搭接量1.8 mm的最优工艺参数,6圈完成激光表面淬火,可满足零件的表面淬火技术要求。其淬硬层组织为细小针状马氏体,并在后续工业化试生产中取得了较好应用效果。

Abstract: Quenching process of 40Cr steel conical surface part was researched by using LDF4000-100 semiconductor lasers. Firstly, a closed-loop temperature control system was used to study the laser quenching quality condition of the 40Cr steel plate samples at different temperatures and scanning speeds. On the basis, the multipass quenching scanning tests were carried out according to the size and shape specification of the quenching area of the large conical part. The results show that the technical requirements of the surface quenching are satisfied by selecting the optimal process parameter with the heating temperature of 1400 ℃, scanning speed of 10 mm/s, the amount of overlaps 1.8 mm and 6 turns laser surface hardening and underling the rectangular facular size 17 mm×5 mm vertical incidence cone surface quenching. The microstructure of hardened layer is the small, diffuse and needle-like martensite. Finally, the better application effect has been acquired in the subsequent industrial pilot production.
