回火温度对U20Mn贝氏体轨钢耐磨性的影响

Effect of tempering temperature on wear resistance of U20Mn bainitic rail steel

摘要: 对淬火态U20Mn贝氏体轨钢在280~420 ℃温度区间进行回火,并对回火后的轨钢进行耐磨性测试,探索回火温度对轨钢显微组织、强度、韧性、硬度以及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,经280 ℃与340 ℃回火后,贝氏体轨钢具有更高的强度、冲击吸收能量与硬度,耐磨性测试表现出磨损量较低、表层疲劳裂纹尺寸较小、剥落坑较少、塑性变形层厚度较小等特点。回火温度在280~340 ℃区间,U20Mn贝氏体轨钢可获得最佳强韧性匹配与较好的抗接触疲劳性能及耐磨性。

Abstract: Tempering in the temperature range of 280-420 ℃ was conducted to quenched U20Mn bainitic rail steel, and wear resistance tests of the tempered rail steel were carried out to explore the effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure, strength, toughness, hardness, and wear resistance of the rail steel. The results show that the bainitic rail steel tempered at temperatures of 280 ℃ and 340 ℃, respectively, obtains higher strength, impact absorbed energy, and hardness, and the wear resistance tests show lower wear loss, smaller surface fatigue crack size, fewer peeling pit, and thinner plastic deformation layer. It is indicated that the U20Mn bainitic rail steel tempered between 280 ℃ and 340 ℃ can achieve the best strength toughness matching, good contact fatigue resistance and wear resistance.
