模拟暴晒对DP590钢显微组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of simulated sun exposure on microstructure and mechanical properties of DP590 steel

摘要: 采用某商用冷轧DP590钢通过热处理方式进行模拟暴晒试验,探究车身用高强钢经长期反复暴晒后力学性能和显微组织变化。使用马弗炉设定10组不同时间不同温度的暴晒试验,通过拉伸试验机、扫描电镜对暴晒后试样进行分析。结果表明,随暴晒时间增加,试验钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度明显下降,其中暴晒60天的试样较原始母材屈服强度下降约60 MPa,而暴晒温度对强度影响并不显著;经暴晒后,试验钢显微组织仍由铁素体和马氏体组成,但马氏体分解,小角度晶界减少,致使DP590钢的综合力学性能均低于原材料,这将会对DP590钢所制结构件的服役安全性产生不利影响。

Abstract: A commercial cold rolled DP590 steel was subjected to simulated sun exposure test by heat treatment, and the mechanical properties and microstructure changes of high strength steel for vehicle body after long-term repeated exposure were investigated. Ten groups of exposure tests at different temperatures for different time were set up by muffle furnace, and the specimens after exposure were analyzed by tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the tested steel decrease obviously with the increase of exposure time, and the yield strength of the specimen exposed for 60 d decreases by about 60 MPa, while the effect of exposure temperature on the strength is not significant. After being heated, the microstructure of the tested steel is still composed of ferrite and martensite. The martensite decomposes and the low-angle grain boundaries decrease, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the tested DP590 steel are all lower than those of the raw materials, which will have adverse impact on the service safety of structural parts made of the DP590 steel.
