Grain growth behavior of D406A steel during heating process

摘要: 通过热处理试验和显微组织分析,探讨了不同加热温度(900~1050 ℃)以及不同保温时间(20~80 min)对D406A钢中奥氏体晶粒尺寸变化的影响,并根据Arrhenius模型构建了D406A钢的晶粒长大数学模型。结果表明,D406A钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长而逐渐增大。在900~1050 ℃范围内,恒定保温时间下,平均晶粒尺寸与加热温度呈显著正相关的指数增长规律,且加热温度越高,晶粒粗化越明显,晶粒长大指数逐渐增大。恒定加热温度下,晶粒尺寸随保温时间的延长而增大,而随着保温时间继续延长,晶粒长大速度变缓,通过拟合得到D406A钢晶粒长大激活能Q=66 772.62 J/mol,建立的D406A钢奥氏体晶粒长大数学模型为D=5621.8259t0.243 18exp(-66 772.62/RT)。

Abstract: Effect of different heating temperatures (900-1050 ℃) and holding time (20-80 min) on the change of austenite grain size of D406A steel was discussed through heat treatment test and microstructure analysis, and the grain growth model of D406A steel was established based on Arrhenius model. The results show that the austenite grain size of the D406A steel increases with the increase of heating temperature and the extension of holding time. Within the range of 900 ℃ to 1050 ℃, the average grain size exhibits an exponential growth relationship with the heating temperature at a constant holding time. Furthermore, higher temperatures lead to more pronounced grain coarsening and a gradual increase in the grain growth exponent. Under a fixed heating temperature, the grain size increases with prolonged holding time, but the growth rate decelerates. The grain growth activation energy of the D406A steel is obtained through fitting as Q=66 772.62 J/mol, and the grain growth model is D=5621.8259t0.243 18exp(-66 772.62/RT).
