冷拉及固溶处理对Inconel 617合金棒材组织与性能的影响

Effect of cold drawing and solution treatment on microstructure and properties of Inconel 617 alloy bar

摘要: 利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术、金相显微镜以及硬度计研究了Inconel 617合金棒材冷拉和固溶处理过程中组织和硬度的变化。结果表明,$\phi$14 mm的热轧棒材不同位置组织均匀,且全部完成了动态再结晶,平均晶粒尺寸约为8.6~10.4 μm。经过冷拉变形后,晶粒沿变形方向被拉长,晶粒大小基本不变,且从边部到中心变形程度逐渐降低,同时硬度增加。1120 ℃固溶时基本全部完成再结晶,此时处于回复和再结晶阶段,硬度降低。随着固溶温度的升高,碳化物逐渐溶解,且晶粒长大的驱动力增大,此时晶粒处于长大阶段,硬度值进一步降低。在晶粒长大的过程中出现了二次再结晶现象,且边部的硬度最低,这与边部的晶粒长大有关。

Abstract: Microstructure and hardness of Inconel 617 alloy bar during cold drawing and solution treatment were studied by means of electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD), metallographic microscope and hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the $\phi$14 mm hot-rolled bar is uniform at different positions, and dynamic recrystallization is completed throughout, the average grain size is about 8.6-10.4 μm. After cold drawing, the grains are elongated along the deformation direction, the grain size is basically unchanged, and the deformation degree gradually decreases from edge to core, while the hardness increases. Recrystallization is basically completed at 1120 ℃, and the hardness is reduced at the recovery and recrystallization stage. With the increase of solution temperature, carbide gradually dissolves, and the driving force of grain growth increases. At this time, the grain is in the growth stage, and the hardness further decreases. Secondary recrystallization occurs in the process of grain growth, and the hardness of the edge is the lowest, which is related to the grain growth of the edge.
