409L超纯铁素体不锈钢热轧板的再结晶行为

Recrystallization behavior of 409L ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel hot-rolled plate

摘要: 对厚度为3.0 mm的409L超纯铁素体不锈钢热轧板在640~840 ℃范围内进行退火处理,研究了退火温度和保温时间对409L钢热轧板组织性能的影响,确定了再结晶温度,建立了再结晶动力学方程,计算了再结晶激活能Qactiv。结果表明,随退火温度的升高,409L钢再结晶越来越充分,晶粒呈长大趋势。硬度从轧制态的156 HV10降低并稳定在105 HV10左右。通过硬度法计算得到409L钢的再结晶温度为745 ℃。抗拉强度呈降低的趋势,最终稳定在380 MPa左右,断后伸长率呈上升趋势,最终稳定在67%左右。平均塑性应变比r-以及平面各向异性指数Δr均略有升高。当温度不变时,再结晶率的增长速率随着保温时间的延长呈先增大后减小的趋势,利用Avrami模型进行再结晶动力学模拟,得出670~780 ℃退火温度范围,Avrami指数n在0.267~0.459之间,409L钢的再结晶激活能Qactiv=416 kJ/mol。

Abstract: 409L ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel hot-rolled plate with a thickness of 3.0 mm was subjected to annealing treatment within the temperature range of 640-840 ℃. The effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and properties of the 409L steel hot-rolled plate were studied. The recrystallization temperature was determined, the recrystallization kinetic equation was established, and the recrystallization activation energy Qactiv was calculated. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the recrystallization of the 409L steel becomes more and more complete, and the grains tend to grow. The hardness decreases from 156 HV10 in hot-rolled state and stabilizes at around 105 HV10. The recrystallization temperature of the 409L steel is 745 ℃ calculated by the hardness method. The tensile strength shows a decreasing trend and finally stabilizes at around 380 MPa, while the elongation shows an increasing trend and finally stabilizes at around 67%. The average plastic strain ratio r- and the planar anisotropy index Δr of the steel both increase slightly. When the temperature remains constant, the growth rate of the recrystallization rate first increases and then decreases with the extension of holding time. By using the Avrami model to simulate the recrystallization kinetics, the Avrami index n values at the annealing temperature range of 670-780 ℃ is between 0.267-0.459, and the recrystallization activation energy Qactiv is 416 kJ/mol.
