局部固溶处理对SA-516 Cr.415N+2205复合板组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of local solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of SA-516 Cr.415N+2205 composite plate

摘要: 采用假设检验法(试错法)对比分析了SA-516 Cr.415N+2205复合板不同局部固溶处理方案下的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明,复合板封头热成形后不进行局部固溶处理时,2205钢覆材的耐蚀性急剧下降,冲击性能不满足要求。通过改进局部固溶处理方案,确定了合适的固溶温度和保温时间,可使复合板既实现2205钢覆材的双相平衡和较好的耐蚀性能,又保证了SA-516 Cr.415N钢基材的强度和韧性,综合性能满足要求。最终局部固溶处理方案为:热变形复合板整体先加热到920 ℃,保温30 min之后,再在8 min内迅速升温至990 ℃,保温10 min之后出炉,对覆材一侧持续喷水以快速冷却,冷却约15 min后降温至200 ℃以下时停止喷水,继续空冷。

Abstract: Microstructure and mechanical properties of SA-516 Cr.415N+2205 composite plate under different local solution treatment schemes were compared and analyzed by using hypothesis test method (trial and error method). The results show that when the composite plate head is not subjected to local solution treatment after hot forming, the corrosion resistance of the 2205 steel clad side decreases sharply, and the impact property does not meet the requirements. By improving the local solution treatment process repeatedly, the appropriate solution temperature and holding time are determined, which cannot only realize the dual-phase balance and good corrosion resistance of the 2205 steel clad side, but also ensure the strength and toughness of the SA-516 Cr.415N steel substrate side, so that the comprehensive properties of the composite plate meets the requirements. The final local solution treatment process is as follows: heating the hot-formed composite plate to 920 ℃ for 30 min, and then rapidly heating to 990 ℃ within 8 min and holding for 10 min, then discharging and rapid cooling the 2205 steel clad side by continuously spraying water for about 15 min to below 200 ℃, then stop spraying water and air cooling.
