热处理对高硼钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high boron steel

摘要: 为了改善高硼钢的可加工性,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及硬度计研究长时间热处理(1100 ℃×60 h,空冷)对铸态高硼钢组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,铸态及热处理态高硼钢中共晶硼化物均由Cr2B与(FeCr)2B两相组成。铸态高硼钢内硼化物呈细长的树枝晶状;高温长时间热处理时硼化物回溶,冷却过程中又重新聚集在未回溶的硼化物处析出,外观呈粗短的棒状。热处理后硼化物体积分数由铸态的58.2%降低到热处理态的40.9%;硬度由铸态的422.0 HV0.01降低到348.6 HV0.01。热处理显著提高了高硼钢的热加工性,高硼钢在850~1100 ℃范围内以20%压下量单道次压缩变形,均未出现开裂,真应力峰值最大为384.2 MPa。轧态高硼钢屈服强度≥297 MPa,抗拉强度≥504 MPa,断后伸长率≥3.65%,性能基本达到304B7钢水平。

Abstract: In order to improve the machinability of high boron steel, the effect of heat treatment(1100 ℃×60 h, air cooling) on the as cast high boron steel was studied by using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and hardness tester. The results show that eutectic borides in the as cast and heat treated high boron steel are composed of Cr2B and (FeCr)2B phases. The borides in the as cast high boron steel exhibit elongated dendritic structures, while the borides after long time heat treatment appear as a coarse and short rod shape, which is due to the boride redissolving during high temperature heat treatment, and then reaggregating and precipitating at the undissolved boride during cooling. After heat treatment, the volume fraction of boride decreases from 58.2% in as cast to 40.9% in heat-treated state, while the hardness of borides decreases from 422.0 HV0.01 to 348.6 HV0.01. Because the heat treatment significantly improves the hot workability of the high boron steel, the high boron steel does not crack in a single pass compression deformation with 20% reduction in the range of 850-1100 ℃, and the maximum peak true stress is 384.2 MPa. The mechanical properties of the rolled high boron steel basically reach the level of 304B7 steel, with a yield strength of ≥297 MPa, a tensile strength of ≥504 MPa, and an elongation of ≥3.65%.
