热处理工艺对20CrMoVRE油套管钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of 20CrMoVRE oil casing steel

摘要: 以20CrMoVRE油套管钢为研究对象,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、洛氏硬度计等设备,探究热处理工艺对油套管钢显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢经850/880/910 ℃×30 min淬火后,随淬火温度的升高,原奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸由11.92 μm增长到14.01 μm。试验钢先经880 ℃淬火30 min,再经600/650/700 ℃×30 min回火后,600 ℃时组织为回火屈氏体+回火索氏体,650、700 ℃时组织均为回火索氏体;再经650 ℃×10/20/30 min回火后,组织分别为回火屈氏体+回火索氏体、回火屈氏体+回火索氏体和回火索氏体。试验钢硬度随回火时间的延长而降低,硬度最大为41.3 HRC,随回火温度的升高而先增加后降低,在650 ℃回火保温30 min时,发生了二次硬化,硬度最大为38.8 HRC。

Abstract: Taking 20CrMoVRE oil casing steel as the research object, the effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of oil casing steel was explored with the aid of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, and Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that after quenching at 850-910 ℃ for 30 min, the average grain size of austenite increases from 11.92 μm to 14.01 μm with the increase of quenching temperature. After quenching at 880 ℃ for 30 min and tempering at 600-700 ℃ for 30 min, the microstructure of the tested steel is tempered troostite+tempered sorbite at 600 ℃, and tempered sorbite at 650 and 700 ℃. After tempering at 650 ℃ for 10, 20, 30 min, the microstructure is tempered troostite+tempered sorbite, tempered troostite+tempered sorbite and tempered sorbite, respectively. The hardness of the tested steel decreases with the extension of tempering time, and the maximum hardness is 41.3 HRC. With the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness increases first and then decreases. When tempering at 650 ℃ for 30 min, secondary hardening occurs, and the maximum hardness is 38.8 HRC.
