淬火介质对1Cr17Ni2调质钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of quenchant on microstructure and properties of 1Cr17Ni2 quenched and tempered steel

摘要: 采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段,结合拉伸试验及冲击试验,系统研究了不同淬火介质(油、水、5%、10%和15%浓度NaCl水溶液)对1Cr17Ni2马氏体不锈钢调质处理(1030 ℃×80 min+500 ℃×80 min)后组织演变及力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同淬火介质处理试样的显微组织均由回火马氏体基体、弥散分布的细小碳化物及少量高温铁素体构成,其中NaCl水溶液淬火试样的马氏体板条更细小。与传统油淬相比,NaCl水溶液淬火试样的强度更高,但冲击性能较差。当采用15%NaCl水溶液作为淬火介质时,力学性能数据离散度显著降低,1Cr17Ni2钢表现出更优异的性能稳定性。

Abstract: Effects of different quenchants (oil, water, 5%, 10% and 15% NaCl aqueous solutions) on microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of 1Cr17Ni2 martensitic stainless steel after quenching and tempering treatment (1030 ℃×80 min+500 ℃×80 min) were systematically investigated by using characterization techniques such as optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), combined with tensile and impact tests. The results indicate that the microstructure of the specimens treated with different quenchants consists of tempered martensite matrix, fine dispersed carbides and a small amount of high-temperature ferrite. Among these, the specimens quenched in NaCl aqueous solutions exhibit finer martensite laths. Compared with conventional oil quenching, the specimens quenched in NaCl aqueous solutions demonstrate higher strength but inferior impact toughness. When a 15% NaCl aqueous solution is used as the quenchant, the scatter in mechanical properties data is significantly reduced, indicating more excellent performance stability of the 1Cr17Ni2 steel.
