等温淬火时间对30CrMnSiNi2A钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of austempering time on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel

摘要: 对30CrMnSiNi2A高强钢在320 ℃进行不同时间的等温淬火处理,研究了等温时间对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着等温时间的延长,组织中板条贝氏体逐渐增加,残留奥氏体逐渐减少。等温30 min及以上时,贝氏体转变较为充分,组织趋于稳定,组织以下贝氏体为主,同时存在少量马氏体和残留奥氏体,抗拉强度、冲击吸收能量和硬度分别稳定在约1597 MPa、79 J和44.9 HRC,断裂模式为韧脆混合断裂。

Abstract: Effect of austempering time on microstructure and properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A high-strength steel subjected to austempering at 320 ℃ for different time was investigated. The results show that with the prolongation of austempering time, the lath bainite in the microstructure gradually increases, and the retained austenite gradually decreases. When austempered for 30 min or more, the bainite transformation is relatively complete, and the microstructure tends to be stable, which is mainly composed of lower bainite with small amount of martensite and retained austenite. Meanwhile, the tensile strength, impact absorbed energy, and hardness are stable at about 1597 MPa, 79 J, and 44.9 HRC, respectively. The fracture mode is a ductile brittle mixed fracture.
