回火保温时间对A100钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of tempering time on microstructure and properties of A100 steel

摘要: 利用金相显微镜、万能材料试验机等研究了回火保温时间对A100钢组织、抗拉强度和断裂韧度的影响。结果表明,随回火时间的延长,基体中出现逆转变奥氏体,导致其抗拉强度下降,断裂韧度增大,随回火时间从380 min延长到440 min,A100钢抗拉强度从2025 MPa逐渐下降到1918 MPa,断裂韧度则从93.3 MPa·m1/2持续提高到125 MPa·m1/2。改变A100钢回火时在井式炉中的位置,钢件性能存在差异,但差异较小,可见A100钢在回火过程中对保温时间较为敏感。对于强度要求在1930~1980 MPa,断裂韧度在105~115 MPa·m1/2之间的A100钢材料,其在482 ℃回火处理时,建议其回火时间为370~380 min,综合力学性能最佳。

Abstract: Effect of tempering time on microstructure, tensile strength, and fracture toughness of A100 steel was investigated by using metallographic microscope, universal testing machine and other equipment. The results show that with the extension of tempering time, reversed austenite appears in the matrix, leading to a decrease in tensile strength and an increase in fracture toughness. When the tempering time is extended from 380 min to 440 min, the tensile strength of the A100 steel decreases gradually from 2025 MPa to 1918 MPa, while the fracture toughness increases continuously from 93.3 MPa·m1/2 to 125 MPa·m1/2. When the position of the A100 steel in the pit furnace is changed during tempering, there are differences in the properties of the steel parts, but the differences are small. It can be seen that the A100 steel is relatively sensitive to the holding time during the tempering process. For the A100 steel requiring a strength range of 1930-1980 MPa and a fracture toughness range of 105-115 MPa·m1/2, when tempered at 482 ℃, the recommended tempering time is 370-380 min, at which the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained.
