两相区热处理对7Ni钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of quenching, lamellarizing and tempering treatment on microstructure and properties of 7Ni steel

摘要: 利用工业生产线对7Ni钢进行了生产试制,研究了两相区热处理(Quenching, lamellarizing & tempering, QLT)对7Ni钢组织与性能的影响。对QLT处理7Ni钢的性能进行了检测,并利用SEM和XRD对板厚方向的显微组织和逆转变奥氏体含量进行了表征。结果表明,经820 ℃完全奥氏体化淬火+680~700 ℃两相区淬火+540 ℃回火的QLT处理后,7Ni钢具有最佳的强韧性,满足标准要求,屈服强度介于616~639 MPa,抗拉强度介于731~752 MPa,断后伸长率介于23.1%~25.8%,-196 ℃冲击吸收能量介于226~248 J,-196 ℃落锤均合格。7Ni钢在厚度方向具有良好的组织均匀性,显微组织主要由铁素体、细小回火马氏体和少量逆转变奥氏体组成。

Abstract: 7Ni steel was manufactured by industrial production line, and the effect of quenching, lamellarizing and tempering (QLT) treatment on microstructure and properties of the 7Ni steel was studied. The properties of the 7Ni steel treated by QLT were tested, and the microstructure along thickness direction and reversed austenite content were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that the 7Ni steel obtain the optimum strength and toughness after austenitizing quenched at 820 ℃, intercritically quenched at 680-700 ℃ and tempered at 540 ℃, the mechanical properties meet the standard requirements. The yield strength is between 616 MPa and 639 MPa, the tensile strength is between 731 MPa and 752 MPa, the elongation after fracture is between 23.1% and 25.8%, the impact absorbed energy is between 226 J and 248 J at -196 ℃, and the drop hammer at -196 ℃ is qualified. In addition, the homogeneity of microstructure along thickness direction is excellent, and the microstructure is mainly composed of ferrite, fine tempered martensite and a small amount of reversed austenite.
