摘要: 通过直读光谱、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及拉伸试验机等设备研究Zn元素对Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr合金引入Zn元素后发生非平衡共晶反应形成Mg32(Al,Zn)49共晶相,一定程度上细化了铸锭晶粒尺寸,细化率接近23%。Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Zn-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr合金具有更细小的变形组织,且析出大量沿晶界断续分布的椭圆状和晶内分布的短棒状Mg32(Al,Zn)49弥散相,该相可使板材退火后仍保持较高的拉伸性能以及优异的耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: Effect of Zn element on the microstructure and properties of Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr alloy were studied by using equipment such as direct reading spectroscopy, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and tensile testing machine. The results show that the Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr alloy undergoes non-equilibrium eutectic reaction after introducing Zn element, forming Mg32(Al, Zn)49 eutectic phase, which refines the grain size of the ingot to a certain extent, with a refinement rate of nearly 23%. The Al-4.5%Mg-1.0%Zn-1.0%Mn-0.1%Zr alloy has a finer deformation microstructure and there are a large amount of elliptical and short rod-shaped Mg32(Al, Zn)49 dispersed phases intermittently distributed along grain boundaries. These phases can maintain high tensile properties and excellent corrosion resistance of the plate after annealing.
