Mo元素对马氏体不锈轴承钢渗层组织与硬度的影响

Effect of Mo element on microstructure and hardness of martensitic stainless bearing steel infiltration layer

摘要: 对不同Mo含量(0%、2%、4.6%)的马氏体不锈轴承钢进行渗碳淬火处理,通过OM、SEM和XRD对渗碳层显微组织进行表征,利用显微硬度计测试了渗碳层的硬度。结果表明,不同Mo含量试验钢的渗碳层组织均为马氏体+残留奥氏体+碳化物。随Mo含量增加,渗碳层形成网状碳化物的倾向减弱,且碳化物类型由富Cr碳化物转变为富Cr、Mo碳化物;残留奥氏体体积分数增大,表层硬度增加。不含Mo钢渗层显微硬度较低,无法达到550 HV的要求;含2%Mo和4.6%Mo的试验钢渗碳层深度分别为647和1056 μm。

Abstract: Martensitic stainless bearing steel with different Mo contents (0%, 2%, 4.6%) was subjected to carburizing and quenching treatment. The microstructure of the carburized layer was characterized by using OM, SEM, and XRD, and the hardness of the carburized layer was measured by using microhardness tester. The results indicate that the microstructure of the carburized layer of the steel with different Mo contents is martensite+retained austenite+carbides. With the increase of Mo content, the tendency of carbides in the carburized layer to form a network is weakened, and the type of carbides transforms from Cr-rich carbides to Cr- and Mo-rich carbides. The volume fraction of retained austenite increases, and the surface hardness also increases. The microhardness of the carburized layer of the Mo-free steel is relatively low and fails to meet the requirement of 550 HV. The carburized layer depths of the steels containing 2%Mo and 4.6%Mo are 647 μm and 1056 μm, respectively.
