N元素对1.4104不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响

摘要: 研究了添加强奥氏体形成元素N(0.0500%)对1.4104不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,加N钢经980 ℃淬火后的奥氏体转变量最大,马氏体含量最高,硬度可达365 HBW,较未加N钢提高119 HBW。与未加N钢相比,加N钢成品的晶粒度由5级提高至7级,塑性改善明显,纵向伸长率从10%提高至21%,断面收缩率从29%提高至55%。

Abstract: Effect of N addition (0.0500%) on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1.4104 stainless steel was studied. The results show that the steel with N addition has the largest amount of austenite transformation and the highest martensite content after quenching at 980 ℃, and the hardness can reach 365 HBW, which is 119 HBW higher than that of the steel without N addition. Compared with the steel without N addition, the grain size of the finished product of the steel with N addition is increased from grade 5 to grade 7, the plasticity is improved significantly, the longitudinal elongation is increased from 10% to 21%, and the reduction of area is increased from 29% to 55%.
