淬火冷却速度对10CrNi5MoV钢组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of quenching cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of 10CrNi5MoV steel

摘要: 利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机和冲击试验机研究了奥氏体化后不同淬火冷却速度(水冷、油冷和空冷)下调质态10CrNi5MoV钢的显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,10CrNi5MoV钢奥氏体化后不同淬火冷速下调质态组织存在差异,随着冷却速度降低,组织转变为回火索氏体(水冷)、回火索氏体+回火粒状贝氏体(油冷)和回火粒状贝氏体(空冷)。油冷条件下,粒状贝氏体中M-A岛呈细小点状和棒状,有利于试验钢的低温韧性;而空冷条件下,M-A岛呈大块状和尖角状,急剧恶化试验钢的低温韧性。经水冷和油冷调质处理后,试验钢均可获得高的强度和优异的低温冲击性能匹配。

Abstract: Effect of different quenching cooling rates (water cooling, oil cooling, and air cooling) on microstructure and mechanical properties of quenched and tempered 10CrNi5MoV steel after austenitizing was studied using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, tensile testing machine, and impact testing machine. The results show that there are differences in microstructure of the quenched and tempered 10CrNi5MoV steel after austenitizing under different quenching rates. As the cooling rate decreases, the microstructure changes sequentially to tempered martensite (water cooling), tempered martensite + tempered granular bainite (oil cooling), and tempered granular bainite (air cooling). Under the oil cooling condition, the M-A islands in the granular bainite are in the form of fine dots and rods, which is beneficial to the low-temperature toughness of the steel. While under the air cooling condition, the M-A islands are in the form of large blocks and sharp angles, which sharply deteriorates the low-temperature toughness of the steel. After quenching and tempering treatments with water cooling and oil cooling, the steel can achieve a good match between high strength and excellent low-temperature impact property.
