讲好热处理故事、做对热处理题目——浅谈教师在材料热处理创新创业大赛中的指导作用

摘要: “材料热处理创新创业赛”对促进热处理专业人才培养及服务制造强国战略意义重大。详细阐述了指导教师在比赛报名、大区赛和决赛各阶段的具体做法及实际效果。分析表明,教师通过调动产学研积累和专业资源,为本科大学生提供全面专业的指导,是大赛高水平、高质量的重要支撑,对于践行“学以致用”的大赛理念,缩小学用距离,促进学用融合至关重要。同时,教师通过指导参赛,秉持持续学习、向企业学习的态度,可进一步提升指导能力,保持教学的前沿性和先进性。

Abstract: “Material Heat Treatment Innovation and Creativity Competition” is of great significance for promoting the cultivation of heat treatment talents and serving the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country. The specific practices and practical effects of instructors during the competition registration, regional competition, and final stages are elaborated. The analysis shows that by mobilizing industry-university-research accumulation and professional resources, instructors provide comprehensive professional guidance for undergraduate students. This is an important support for maintaining the high level and quality of the competition and is crucial for practicing the competition's concept of “learning to apply,” narrowing the gap between learning and application, and promoting the integration of learning and application. At the same time, by guiding students in the competition, instructors uphold the attitudes of continuous learning and learning from enterprises, which enables them to further improve their guiding abilities and maintain the cutting-edge and advanced level of teaching.
