冷处理对38CrMoAl钢销轴组织与性能的影响

Effect of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and properties of 38CrMoAl steel pin shaft

摘要: 采用金相显微镜、维氏硬度计、X射线衍射仪和链条磨损试验机等研究了冷处理对38CrMoAl钢销轴碳氮共渗组织与性能的影响。结果表明,38CrMoAl钢销轴在原有的碳氮共渗后直接淬火与低温回火工艺之间增加冷处理,能细化表层的针状马氏体组织,并且在马氏体组织上析出较多均匀分布的、细小颗粒状的碳氮化合物,渗层残留奥氏体体积分数由23.5%减少到8.2%。表面硬度的平均值由810.7 HV0.2提高到872.5 HV0.2,心部硬度提高约24 HV0.2,并增加销轴的硬化层深度。链条的磨损伸长率由0.143%降低到0.102%。

Abstract: Effect of cryogenic treatment on the carbonitrided microstructure and properties of 38CrMoAl steel pin shaft was studied by using metallographic microscope, Vickers hardness tester, X-ray diffractometer, and chain wear tester. The results show that adding cryogenic treatment between the original direct quenching and low-temperature tempering processes after carbonitriding can refine the needle-like martensite on the surface of the 38CrMoAl steel pin shaft, and lead to precipitate more uniformly distributed and fine granular carbonitride compounds on the martensite. The retained austenite content is decreased from 23.5% to 8.2%. The average value of surface hardness is increased from 810.7 HV0.2 to 872.5 HV0.2, the hardness of the core is increased by about 24 HV0.2, and the depth of the hardened layer of the pin shaft is also increased. The wear elongation of the chain is decreased from 0.143% to 0.102%.
