Research progress on Inconel 617 alloy for advanced ultra-supercritical units

摘要: 综述了Inconel 617合金在化学成分和析出相、热变形行为和热处理制度、高温长时时效、高温蠕变行为和10万小时持久强度、焊接性能和焊材发展的相关研究进展。Inconel 617合金的最佳热加工区域为温度1150 ℃左右、应变速率控制在0.1 s-1以下。最佳固溶处理制度为1170~1180 ℃保温1 h。Inconel 617合金在700~800 ℃长时时效时有较稳定的力学性能,屈服强度稳定在350~450 MPa,抗拉强度稳定在800~900 MPa;Inconel 617合金在时效过程中会存在多种析出相的相互竞争行为。Inconel 617合金在700 ℃的10万小时持久强度预估超过110 MPa。

Abstract: Research progress of Inconel 617 alloy is summarized in terms of chemical composition and precipitates, hot deformation behavior and heat treatment schedule, high-temperature long-term aging, high-temperature creep behavior, 100 000 h creep rupture strengths, welding performance, and welding material development. The optimal hot working temperature for the Inconel 617 alloy is about 1150 ℃ and the strain rate is below 0.1 s-1. The optimal solution treatment process is to hold at 1170-1180 ℃ for 1 h. Inconel 617 alloy exhibits relatively stable mechanical properties during long-term aging at 700-800 ℃, with yield strength of 350-450 MPa and tensile strength of 800-900 MPa. During the aging process, Inconel 617 alloy exhibits competitive behavior among various precipitated phases. The estimated 100 000 h creep rupture strengths of the Inconel 617 alloy at 700 ℃ exceeds 110 MPa.
