Effect of vanadium content on heat-treated properties of hydropower steel based on JMatPro analysis

摘要: 利用JMatPro计算软件模拟了3种不同V含量(0、0.05%和0.09%)的08MnCrMoVR水电钢的平衡相组成、TTA、TTT和CCT曲线、Jominy淬透性和回火工艺参数等,研究了该钢在达到服役性能的条件下,V含量对其显微组织与力学性能的影响,并根据模拟结果对0.05%V水电钢进行了淬火回火试验。结果表明,随着钢中V含量的升高,其力学性能、淬火性能和淬透性逐渐提高。经900 ℃×1 h淬火和600 ℃×1.5 h回火后0.05V%水电钢的组织为均匀细小的回火索氏体,并且其力学性能与JMatPro软件模拟结果基本一致。

Abstract: Equilibrium phase composition, TTA, TTT and CCT curves, Jominy hardenability and tempering process parameters of 08MnCrMoVR hydropower steels with vanadium contents of 0, 0.05% and 0.09%, respectively, were simulated by JMatPro software. The effect of vanadium content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel on the basis of meeting the service performance requirements was investigated, and quenching and tempering test of 0.05%V hydropower steel was carried out according to the simulation results. The results show that as the vanadium content in the hydropower steel increases, the mechanical properties, quenching property and hardenability are gradually improved. The microstructure of the 0.05V% hydropower steel after quenching at 900 ℃ for 1 h and tempering at 600 ℃ for 1.5 h is uniform and fine tempered martensite, and its mechanical properties are basically consistent with the simulation results of JMatPro software.
