高性能NM450耐磨钢的研发

摘要: 采用C、Mn、B及少量Cr、Mo合金元素的成分体系,配以Nb、Ti、Al的析出强化,通过高纯净度冶炼严格控制钢水中的P、S、H、N、O等元素,结合合理的轧制及热处理工艺,成功开发出显微组织为回火马氏体的NM450耐磨钢板,其表面硬度在470~490 HV10,屈服强度≥1225 MPa,抗拉强度≥1477 MPa,伸长率≥14.0%,-40 ℃冲击吸收能量≥50 J,全厚度磨损量较低,耐磨性良好。

Abstract: Using a composition system of C, Mn, B and a small amount of Cr, Mo alloying elements, combined with precipitation strengthening of Nb, Ti, Al, and strict control of P, S, H, N, O and other elements in the molten steel through high-purity smelting, followed with reasonable rolling and heat treatment processes, the NM450 wear-resistant steel plate with tempered martensite microstructure was successfully developed. The results show that surface hardness of the NM450 steel plate is 470-490 HV10, the yield strength is ≥1225 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥1477 MPa, the elongation is ≥14.0%, the impact absorbed energy at -40 ℃ is ≥50 J, and the full thickness wear loss is relatively low, exhibiting good wear resistance.
