高性能紧固件用A286高温合金的组织与力学性能

Microstructure and mechanical properties of A286 superalloy for high-performance fasteners

摘要: 利用金相显微镜、硬度计及电子万能试验机,研究了固溶及时效处理后高性能紧固件用国产A286高温合金的显微组织、晶粒度、硬度及室温、高温拉伸性能,并与进口A286合金的组织与性能进行了对比。结果表明:不同批次国产A286合金平均晶粒度等级分别为8.5级、9.5级和9.5级,相较进口合金的晶粒度7.7级更细,满足标准要求;不同批次国产A286合金固溶态硬度平均值为186~189 HBS,时效后的硬度平均值达到36.4~38.3 HRC,高于进口A286合金;随着测试温度的升高,不同批次国产A286合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率逐渐降低,断面收缩率保持在48%~52%之间,拉伸性能优于进口A286合金,有利于保证高性能紧固件产品的质量。

Abstract: Microstructure, grain size, hardness and room temperature and high temperature tensile properties of the domestic A286 superalloy used in high-performance fasteners were investigated by means of metallographic microscope, hardness tester and electronic universal testing machine, and compared with the microstructure and properties of imported A286 alloy. The results show that the average grain size of different batches of domestic A286 alloy is grade 8.5, 9.5 and 9.5, respectively, which are finer than that of the imported alloy(grade 7.7) and meet the standard requirement. The average hardness of different batches of domestic A286 alloy in solution state is 186-189 HBS, the average hardness after aging reaches 36.4-38.3 HRC, higher than that of imported A286 alloy. With the increase of test temperature, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after fracture of different batches of the A286 alloy gradually decrease, the percentage reduction of area is in the range of 48%-52%. The tensile properties of the A286 superalloy are better than that of imported A286 alloy, which is benefit to improve the quality of high-performance fastener products.
