不同预变形DD6单晶高温合金的再结晶临界残余应力

Recrystallization critical residual stress of DD6 single crystal superalloy with different pre-deformations

摘要: 针对不同预变形方式引入的残余应力及其对单晶高温合金再结晶的影响尚缺乏定量研究的问题,采用布氏压痕和压缩两种预变形方法,结合OM、SEM、TEM和纳米压痕技术,系统研究了DD6单晶高温合金在不同热处理工艺下的再结晶临界残余应力。结果表明,在布氏压痕预变形条件下,载荷大小和热处理温度对DD6合金的再结晶行为具有显著影响。随着热处理温度的升高,发生再结晶所需的临界残余应力逐渐降低,且较高的载荷条件会降低再结晶的临界温度。在1310 ℃保温 4 h 的热处理条件下,发生再结晶的临界残余应力小于570.7 MPa。而在压缩预变形条件下,标准固溶处理过程中发生再结晶的临界塑性应变范围为1%~2%,对应的临界残余应力范围为480~670 MPa。

Abstract: In view of the lack of quantitative research on the residual stress introduced by different pre-deformation methods and its effect on the recrystallization of single crystal superalloys, the critical residual stress of recrystallization of DD6 single crystal superalloy under different heat treatment conditions was systematically investigated by using two pre-deformation methods of Brinell indentation and compression, combined with OM, SEM, TEM and nanoindentation techniques. The results show that the load and heat treatment temperature have a significant effect on recrystallization behavior of the DD6 alloy under the condition of Brinell indentation pre-deformation. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the critical residual stress required for recrystallization gradually decreases, and the higher load conditions will reduce the critical temperature of recrystallization. Under the heat treatment condition of 1310 ℃ for 4 h, the critical residual stress of recrystallization is less than 570.7 MPa. Under the condition of compression pre-deformation, the critical plastic strain range for recrystallization after standard solution treatment is 1%-2%, and the corresponding critical residual stress range is 480-670 MPa.
