Austenite dynamic recrystallization law of Q355ME hot-rolled H-beam

摘要: 通过Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机对Q355ME热轧H型钢试样进行单道次压缩试验,探究变形温度、变形速率以及变形量对其奥氏体动态再结晶晶粒尺寸和均匀性的影响规律,并确定Z参数。结果表明,试验钢粗轧温度为1050 ℃左右、变形量40%、变形速率1 s-1时,组织相对均匀,动态再结晶基本完成,奥氏体晶粒得到有效细化。计算得到试验钢奥氏体动态再结晶激活能为432.163 kJ/mol,并获得Z参数表达式为Z=ε·exp432 163RT

Abstract: A single-pass compression test was conducted on Q355ME hot-rolled H-beam by using a Gleeble-2000 thermal simulation test machine to investigate the influence of deformation temperature, deformation rate, and deformation on the grain size and uniformity of austenite dynamic recrystallization. Additionally, the Z parameter was determined. The results show that when the initial rolling temperature of the steel is about 1050 ℃, the deformation is 40%, the deformation rate is 1 s-1, the microstructure of the steel is relatively uniform, dynamic recrystallization is basically completed, and the austenite grains are effectively refined. The dynamic recrystallization activation energy of austenite in the steel is calculated to be 432.163 kJ/mol and the Z parameter expression is Z=ε·exp432 163RT.
