退火温度对TM3钛合金丝材微观组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TM3 titanium alloy wire

摘要: 通过拉伸性能测试和背散射电子衍射表征,研究了750 ℃轧制后退火温度对TM3(Ti-3Mo)钛合金丝材组织、织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,TM3合金丝材的背散射电子成像微观组织主要由呈白色衬度的富Mo组织及呈灰色衬度的贫Mo组织构成。当退火温度在600~800 ℃时,丝材的织构类型始终为典型的[0110]//RD纤维织构,700 ℃退火时丝材断裂总延伸率达到最高,为33.25%,当退火温度达到750 ℃及以上时晶粒发生显著长大,塑性和屈服强度显著降低。

Abstract: Effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure, texture and mechanical properties of TM3 (Ti-3Mo) titanium alloy wire after rolling at 750 ℃ was investigated through tensile property test and backscattering electron diffraction(BSE) characterization. The results reveal that the BSE microstructure of the TM3 alloy wire primarily consists of Mo-rich regions with white contrast and Mo-poor regions with gray contrast. When the annealing temperature is in the range of 600-800 ℃, the wire consistently exhibits a typical [0110]//RD fiber texture. When annealed at 700 ℃, the wire achieves the highest total extension at fracture of 33.25%. When the annealing temperature reaches 750 ℃ or above, significant grain growth is observed, leading to a significant decrease in plasticity and yield strength.
