均热温度对1200 MPa镀锌双相钢微观组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of soaking temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1200 MPa galvanized dual-phase steel

摘要: 利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机研究了均热温度对1200 MPa级1180DPD+Z镀锌双相钢力学性能与微观组织的影响规律,并指导工业化试制及量产。结果表明,随均热温度的升高,双相钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度呈先微降后升高的趋势,伸长率整体上逐渐降低,铁素体量逐渐减少,形态由等轴状、断续带状变为粒状,马氏体/贝氏体(微量)硬相逐渐增多,形态表现为断续带状向等轴状转变。采用热模拟结果对1180DPD+Z镀锌双相钢进行工业试制生产,并统计工业生产以来力学性能指标过程能力指数,抗拉强度及伸长率指标Cpk>1.33,过程控制能力较强,屈服强度指标Cpk数值为1.25,屈服强度处于合理力学性能范围内,过程控制能力仍较强。

Abstract: Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine was used to focus on the effect of soaking temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 1200 MPa grade 1180DPD+Z galvanized dual-phase steel, and to guide industrial trial production and mass production. The results show that as the soaking temperature increases, the yield strength and tensile strength of the dual-phase steel show a trend of first slightly decreasing and then increasing, while the elongation gradually decreases overall. With the increase of soaking temperature, the amount of ferrite gradually decreases, and the morphology changes from equiaxed and intermittent strip-like to granular, the martensite/bainite(trace) hard phase gradually increases, and the morphology shows a transition from intermittent strip-like to equiaxed. The industrial trial production results of the 1180DPD+Z galvanized dual-phase steel carried out by using thermal simulation results show that the tensile strength and elongation index Cpk are greater than 1.33, indicating strong process control ability. The yield strength index Cpk value is 1.25, the yield strength is within a reasonable range of mechanical properties, and the process control ability is still strong.
