Co添加对新型海工焊材中碳化物析出的影响

Effect of Co addition on carbide precipitation in novel marine engineering welding material

摘要: 利用热动力学计算软件Thermo-Calc和TC-Prisma,系统分析了新型海工焊材中添加6%Co对不同类型碳化物析出的影响。结果表明,6%Co的添加显著提高了FCC向BCC的相转变温度,增加了MC型和HCP结构碳化物的析出温度,同时降低了富Cu相的析出温度和析出量。6%Co显著促进了M6C、HCP以及MC碳化物析出的形核速率,对HCP和M6C的影响更为突出。6%Co的添加增加了M6C和HCP碳化物的析出数密度,但显著抑制了MC碳化物的析出数量。通过改变碳原子扩散系数,6%Co的添加限制了碳化物的生长速度,导致3种析出碳化物尺寸均减小。Co的添加对3种碳化物析出体积分数的影响则存在很大差异,HCP碳化物析出体积分数先基本无影响后降低,M6C体积分数增至稳定水平(2.2%),而MC碳化物体积分数则显著降低。

Abstract: Effect of adding 6%Co to a novel marine welding material on the precipitation of different types of carbides was systematically analyzed by using the thermodynamics calculation software Thermo-Calc and TC-Prisma. The results show that the addition of 6%Co significantly increases the phase transformation temperature from FCC to BCC, elevates the precipitation temperatures of MC-type and HCP-type carbides, while reducing the precipitation temperature and precipitation amount of Cu-rich precipitates. Specifically, 6%Co remarkably promotes the nucleation rate of M6C, HCP, and MC carbides, with a more prominent effect on HCP and M6C carbides. The addition of 6%Co increases the precipitation number density of M6C and HCP carbides, but significantly inhibits the precipitation quantity of MC carbides. By altering the diffusion coefficient of carbon atoms, the addition of 6%Co restricts the growth rate of carbides, resulting in a reduction in the size of three types of precipitated carbides. The effect of Co addition on the precipitation volume fraction of three types of carbides varies significantly. The precipitation volume fraction of HCP carbides firstly has little effect and then decreases, while the volume fraction of M6C increases to a stable level (2.2%), and the volume fraction of MC carbides significantly decreases.
