感应调质处理升温速率对42CrMo钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of heating rate of induction quenching and tempering on microstructure and properties of 42CrMo steel

摘要: 研究了感应调质处理升温速率对42CrMo钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,不同升温速率下感应调质处理42CrMo钢棒材的组织均为回火索氏体和贝氏体。随着升温速度的提高,感应淬火后硬度沿中心到表面逐渐增大,且升温速率越快,硬度越大。感应调质处理后,随着升温速度的提高,42CrMo钢棒材硬度由中心到表层逐渐降低,屈服强度先上升后下降,断面收缩率和冲击吸收能量则先下降后上升。

Abstract: Effect of induction quenching and tempering heating rate on microstructure and properties of 42CrMo steel was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the 42CrMo steel bars after induction quenching and tempering at different heating rates are all tempered martensite and bainite. With the increase of heating rate, the hardness of the steel after induction quenching gradually increases from the center to the surface, and the faster the heating rate, the higher the hardness. After induction quenching and tempering, as the heating rate increases, the hardness of the 42CrMo steel bars gradually decreases from the center to the surface, the yield strength first increases and then decreases, while the percentage reduction of area and impact absorbed energy first decrease and then increase.
