退火气氛对3.5%Si无取向硅钢氧化层和磁性能的影响

Effect of annealing atmosphere on oxide layer and magnetic properties of 3.5%Si non-oriented silicon steel

摘要: 以Fe-0.1C-3.5Si无取向硅钢薄带为研究对象,经CO2-CO气氛脱碳后,在不同气氛(Ar、Ar+H2和H2)下对其进行1200 ℃保温10 h退火处理,研究了退火气氛对其氧化层和磁性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢在H2气氛下退火后,平均碳含量最低,说明H2与薄带中C元素发生反应,使其碳脱除。Ar+H2气氛下退火后,氧化层明显减薄,厚度仅2.98 μm,H2气氛下退火后,氧化层消失,仅有少许细小SiO2颗粒存在。3种气氛下退火后,薄带磁性能均达到高牌号无取向硅钢的磁性能要求(P1.5/50≤4.00 W/kg、B50≥1.8 T),其中纯Ar气氛下高温退火试样的磁性能最好,磁感应强度最高为2.087 T,铁损最低为1.979 W/kg。

Abstract: Effect of annealing atmosphere on oxide layer and magnetic properties of the steel strip of Fe-0.1C-3.5Si non-oriented silicon steel pre-decarburized in a CO2-CO atmosphere, and then annealed at 1200 ℃ in atmospheres of Ar, Ar+H2, and H2,respectively, for 10 h was investigated. The results show that the average carbon content of the steel is the lowest after annealing in H2 atmosphere, indicating that H2 reacts with the C element in the thin strip to remove its carbon. After annealing in Ar+H2 atmosphere, the oxide layer is significantly reduced in thickness to only 2.98 μm. After annealing in H2 atmosphere, the oxide layer disappears and only a few small SiO2 particles exist. After annealing in three different atmospheres, the magnetic properties of the thin strip meet the requirements of high-grade non oriented silicon steel (P1.5/50≤4.00 W/kg, B50≥1.8 T). Among them, the magnetic properties of the high-temperature annealed specimen in pure Ar atmosphere are the best, with the highest magnetic induction intensity of 2.087 T and the lowest iron loss of 1.979 W/kg.
