Sb对新能源汽车用无取向电工钢热轧组织与成品磁性能的影响

Effect of Sb on hot rolled microstructure and final magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel for new energy vehicles

摘要: 利用光学显微镜、MATS-2010M测试仪及EBSD分析研究了Sb含量对工业试制无取向电工钢热轧板组织、织构与最终成品板磁性能的影响。结果表明,Sb元素的添加增大了热轧板次表层再结晶层厚度,热轧板表层的再结晶晶粒主要由{110}取向晶粒组成,中心层的变形晶粒则更多为{001}、{111}取向晶粒。Sb元素显著改变了不同取向晶粒的长大行为,增强了{001}<110>织构与Goss织构,进而影响成品板再结晶退火过程中晶粒长大和织构的演化,最终提高磁性能。利用Sb晶界偏析抑制不利织构{112}<110>组分的形核和长大,以获得较强Goss织构,是获得高磁感低铁损无取向硅钢的有效方法。

Abstract: Effect of Sb content on the microstructure, texture, and magnetic properties of industrial trial produced non-oriented electrical steel was studied by using optical microscope, MATS-2010M tester, and EBSD analysis. The results show that the addition of Sb element increases the thickness of the secondary layer recrystallization layer of the hot-rolled plate. The recrystallized grains in the surface layer of the hot-rolled plate are mainly composed of {110} oriented grains, while the deformed grains in the central layer are more {001} and {111} oriented grains. The Sb element significantly changes the growth behavior of grains with different orientations, enhances the {001}<110> texture and Goss texture, and thus affects the evolution of grain growth and texture during the recrystallization annealing process of the finished board, ultimately improving the magnetic properties. The use of Sb grain boundary segregation to suppress the nucleation and growth of unfavorable texture components {112}<110>, in order to obtain strong Goss texture, is an effective method for obtaining non-oriented silicon steel with high magnetic induction and low iron loss.
