2507超级双相不锈钢的热变形与动态再结晶行为

摘要: 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了2507超级双相不锈钢在变形温度1000~1200 ℃、应变速率0.001、0.01、0.1、1和10 s-1条件下的热变形与动态再结晶行为。建立了2507双相不锈钢的动态再结晶体积分数预测模型,结果表明,在热变形过程中,变形温度的降低或应变速率的增大均会引起流变应力增大。低应变速率下的流变曲线具有典型的动态再结晶特征,而高应变速率下的流变曲线呈现加工硬化和动态软化交替进行的波浪状。铁素体和奥氏体均发生动态再结晶,但奥氏体的再结晶滞后于铁素体。基于动态材料模型绘制了真应变为0.7时的热加工图,确定了2507双相不锈钢适合在1000~1190 ℃/0.001~0.031 s-1、1040~1120 ℃/0.031~0.56 s-1和1120~1170 ℃/0.79~10 s-1条件下进行加工,在失稳区加工会导致局部变形。预测模型预测值与实测结果吻合较好。

Abstract: Hot deformation and dynamic recrystallization behavior of super duplex stainless steel 2507 at deformation temperatures of 1000-1200 ℃ and strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 s-1 were investigated by using the Gleeble-3800 hot simulation experimental machine.The predictive model of volume fraction for dynamic recrystallization was established. The results show that during the hot deformation process, the decrease of the deformation temperature or the increase of the strain rate lead to the increase of flow stress. The flow curves at low strain rates exhibit typical of dynamic recrystallization, whereas those at high strain rates exhibit fluctuating trends characterized by alternating periods of work hardening and dynamic softening. Dynamic recrystallization occurs in both the ferrite and austenite, but the austenite recrystallization lags behind that of ferrite. And the hot processing map at a strain of 0.7 is plotted based on the dynamic material model, it is determined that the duplex stainless steel 2507 is suitable for processing under the conditions of 1000-1190 ℃/0.001-0.031 s-1, 1040-1120 ℃/0.031-0.56 s-1 and 1120-1170 ℃/0.79-10 s-1, and that the processing in the unstable zone leads to local deformation, and the predicted values are in good agreement with the measured results.
