Heat treatment of harmonic reducer flexible wheel for robots

摘要: 对40CrNiMoA钢机器人谐波减速机柔轮进行了预备热处理和淬火回火工艺试验。结果表明,通过合理选择热处理设备,优化工艺参数,最终获得均匀的回火索氏体组织,其硬度为36~39 HRC,晶粒尺寸达到6.7~10.5 μm,碳化物尺寸为70~98 nm,满足了柔轮的技术要求。

Abstract: The preparation heat treatment and quenching tempering process test of 40CrNiMoA steel as flexible wheel for harmonic translator was carried out. The results show that by rationally selecting the heat treatment equipment and optimizing the process parameters, a uniform tempered martensite structure is finally obtained. The hardness is 36-39 HRC, the grain size is 6.7-10.5 μm, and the carbide size is 70-98 nm, which meets the technical requirements of the flexible wheel.
