淬火冷却方式对AF1410钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of quenching cooling method on microstructure and properties of AF1410 steel

摘要: 针对AF1410钢制零件采用油淬方式热处理后尺寸不易控制的问题,对AF1410钢试样进行不同淬火冷却方式的830 ℃×1 h淬火+-70 ℃×1 h冷处理+510 ℃×5.5 h空冷回火处理,研究了淬火冷却方式对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,与油淬方式相比,0.1~0.4 MPa真空气淬方式下,AF1410钢热处理后力学性能均能够满足标准要求,抗拉强度指标基本不变,塑性和断裂韧度指标有所降低,但降幅不大。显微组织未发生变化,组织仍为回火板条马氏体+弥散分布的合金碳化物+逆转变奥氏体。0.1 MPa真空气淬方式下,AF1410钢热处理后的轴向疲劳性能和截面硬度与油淬相当,且零件淬火过程中的尺寸畸变大幅降低,验证了气淬工艺替代油淬工艺的可行性。

Abstract: Aim at the issue of dimensional instability in AF1410 steel parts after oil quenching heat treatment, AF1410 steel specimens were subjected to 830 ℃×1 h quenching, -70 ℃×1 h cryogenic treatment, and 510 ℃×5.5 h air-cooled tempering, but with different quenching cooling methods. Then the effect of quenching cooling method on the microstructure and properties of the steel was investigated. The results indicate that, compared to oil quenching, the mechanical properties of the AF1410 steel after 0.1-0.4 MPa vacuum gas quenching meet the standard requirements. The tensile strength remains largely unchanged, while the plasticity and fracture toughness decrease slightly but insignificantly. The microstructure remains unchanged, consisting of tempered lath martensite, dispersed alloy carbides, and reversed austenite. Under 0.1 MPa vacuum gas quenching, the axial fatigue performance and sectional hardness of the AF1410 steel after heat treatment is comparable to that of oil quenched. And the dimensional distortion during quenching is significantly reduced, which verifies the feasibility of replacing oil quenching with gas quenching.
