摘要: 研究了真空退火处理对电工钢35W360的单片材料特性和定子铁芯磁性能的影响。结果表明,650~780 ℃退火处理对电工钢的晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响很小,但会损耗绝缘涂层,并且退火温度越高损耗越多。对于电工钢冲压制成的定子铁芯,退火温度越高,铁芯不同频率下的铁损和磁场强度降幅越大。退火的铁芯绕线制成定子后磁性能变差,随着退火温度从650 ℃升高至780 ℃,铁芯绕线制成定子后的50 Hz铁损增幅从0%增大至6.67%,磁场强度增幅从10.77%增大至13.64%,300 Hz的铁损增幅从2.08%增大至6.94%,磁场强度增幅从8.49%增大至11.34%。

Abstract: Effect of vacuum annealing treatment on single sheet material properties and stator core magnetic properties of the electrical steel 35W360 was studied. The results show that the grain size and mechanical properties of the electrical steel change a little after annealing at 650-780 ℃. But the insulating coating is damaged by the annealing treatment, and the higher the annealing temperature, the more severe the damage. For stator cores made of the electrical steel by stamping, after annealing at higher temperatures, the iron loss and magnetic field strength decrease more at different frequencies. After cores are wound into stators, the magnetic properties of annealed stators deteriorate. As the annealing temperature increases from 650 ℃ to 780 ℃, at 50 Hz, the increase in iron loss rises from 0% to 6.67%, and the increase in magnetic field strength rises from 10.77% to 13.64%; at 300 Hz, the increase in iron loss rises from 2.08% to 6.94%, and the increase in magnetic field strength rises from 8.49% to 11.34%.
