连续退火温度对高Cr热成形钢组织与性能的影响

Effect of continuous annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of high Cr hot-stamping steel

摘要: 对实验室自行设计的高Cr热成形钢进行热轧、冷轧、连续退火(780~840 ℃)和平模淬火(930 ℃保温5 min)试验,研究了连续退火温度对试验钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,热轧态试验钢的组织为片层状珠光体和多边形铁素体,冷轧态试验钢组织为纤维状的铁素体及珠光体,屈服强度为857 MPa,抗拉强度为953 MPa,断裂总延伸率仅为3.66%。经780 ℃、800 ℃连续退火后,试验钢的组织仍保留纤维状铁素体+珠光体,且影响后续淬火后的塑性。连续退火温度为820 ℃、840 ℃时,试验钢的组织为贝氏体+马氏体,再经淬火后的试验钢力学性能符合热成形钢的要求。综合考虑,820 ℃为最佳连续退火温度,退火板经平模淬火后的抗拉强度为1655 MPa,屈服强度为1233 MPa,断裂总延伸率为6.87%。

Abstract: Hot rolling, cold rolling, continuous annealing (780-840 ℃ ) and flat die quenching ( 930 ℃ for 5 min ) tests were carried out on self-designed and lab prepared high Cr hot-stamping steel, and the effect of continuous annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of the tested steel was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the hot-rolled steel is composed of lamellar pearlite and polygonal ferrite, and the cold-rolled steel is fibrous ferrite and pearlite with the yield strength of 857 MPa, the tensile strength of 953 MPa, and the total extension of only 3.66%. After continuous annealing at 780 ℃ and 800 ℃, the microstructure of the tested steel still retains the fibrous ferrite and pearlite, which affects the plasticity after subsequent quenching. When the continuous annealing temperature is 820 ℃ and 840 ℃, the microstructure of the tested steel is bainite and martensite, and the mechanical properties after subsequent quenching meet the requirements of the hot-stamping steel. Considering comprehensively, 820 ℃ is the optimal continuous annealing temperature, and the tensile strength of the annealed plate after flat die quenching is 1655 MPa, the yield strength is 1233 MPa, and the total extension is 6.87%.
