大规格风电螺栓钢42CrMoA的性能提升工艺

Property improvement process of large-scale wind turbine bolt steel 42CrMoA

摘要: 针对大规格风电螺栓钢42CrMoA断面收缩率低、心部淬透性不足等问题,通过热轧后调质处理、退火+调质处理、正火+调质处理试验,研究了61 mm风电螺栓钢42CrMoA的性能提升工艺。结果表明,钢材调质处理前组织状态对其力学性能影响较大。经900 ℃正火+调质处理后钢材力学性能有所改善。通过采用控轧控冷工艺可改善轧材组织,降低布氏硬度,使调质态大规格风电螺栓钢的力学性能完全满足企业标准要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low percentage reduction of area and insufficient hardenability in the core of large-scale wind turbine bolt steel 42CrMoA, the property improvement process of 61 mm wind turbine bolt steel 42CrMoA was investigated through quenching and tempering, annealing + quenching + tempering, and normalizing + quenching + tempering experiments after hot-rolling. The results indicate that the microstructural state of steel prior to quenching and tempering has a significant impact on its mechanical properties. After normalizing at 900 ℃ followed by quenching and tempering, the mechanical properties of the steel can be improved. By adopting controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes, the as-rolled microstructure of the rolled materials is improved, Brinell hardness is reduced, and ensuring that the mechanical properties of quenched and tempered large-scale wind turbine bolt steel fully meet the standard requirements.
