均匀化处理对GH4706合金析出相回溶行为的影响

Effect of homogenizing on dissolution behavior of precipitated phases of GH4706 alloy

摘要: GH4706合金中的Nb、Ti等高熔点元素易在铸态组织中发生偏析,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和二次离子质谱仪(TOF-SIMS)等手段研究了不同温度均匀化处理(1060、1080、1100、1120、1140和1160 ℃保温1 h,水冷)对GH4706合金铸态组织及析出相回溶的影响规律。结果表明,铸态组织存在严重的枝晶偏析,伴随有大量的低熔点相,如块状Laves相、细小γ+γ′共晶相和针状η相。在1060 ℃均匀化处理后,可消除细小γ+γ′共晶相;1100 ℃下针状η相完全回溶、Laves相发生明显回溶;1140 ℃下仅剩极少量Laves相,但其在1160 ℃下发生局部初熔。均匀化温度低于1100 ℃时,元素偏析随着均匀化温度的提高持续改善;当均匀化温度高于1100 ℃,由于Laves相发生回溶,Nb和Ti的偏析系数增大。

Abstract: High melting point elements such as Nb and Ti in GH4706 alloy are prone to segregate in the as-cast microstructure. Effect of homogenizing at different temperatures (1060, 1080, 1100, 1120, 1140, and 1160 ℃ for 1 h, water cooling) on the as-cast microstructure and precipitation phase dissolution of the GH4706 alloy was investigated using optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS). The results indicate that there is severe dendritic segregation in the as-cast microstructure, with a large number of low melting point phases such as block shaped Laves phase, fine γ+γ′eutectic phase, and needle-like η phase. After homogenizing at 1060 ℃, the small γ+γ′ eutectic phase is eliminated. At 1100 ℃, the needle-like η phase is completely dissolved and the Laves phase is significantly dissolved. At 1140 ℃, only a very small amount of Laves phase is retains, but its partial initial melting occurs at 1160 ℃. Element segregation continues to improve as the homogenizing temperature increases below 1100 ℃. When the homogenizing temperature increases above 1100 ℃, the segregation coefficients of Nb and Ti rise again due to the dissolution of Laves phases.
