热处理及滚压工艺对TC4钛合金螺栓螺纹缺陷的影响

Effects of heat treatment and rolling parameters on thread defects of TC4 titanium alloy bolt

摘要: 由于TC4钛合金强度高塑性差,TC4钛合金螺栓螺纹滚压常出现裂纹、折叠、齿底剪切应力线等缺陷,通过改变热处理工艺参数(固溶温度、时效温度、时效保温时间)及滚压工艺参数(进给时间、主轴转速、保压时间),研究热处理及滚压工艺对TC4钛合金螺栓螺纹缺陷的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度降低或者时效温度升高,材料剪切强度降低,牙尖缺陷深度减小,无牙底缺陷;随着时效时间的增加,材料剪切强度变化较小,牙尖缺陷深度无明显差异,且对牙底缺陷无影响;螺纹滚压时的进给时间、主轴转速与保压时间体现在滚丝轮与工件接触摩擦时间,摩擦时间越长,螺纹缺陷越严重。

Abstract: Due to the high strength and poor plasticity of TC4 titanium alloy, defects such as cracks, folds and shear stress lines at the thread root often occur during thread rolling of TC4 titanium alloy bolts. By adjusting heat treatment process parameters (solution treatment temperature, aging temperature, aging holding time) and rolling process parameters (feeding time, spindle speed, pressure holding time), the effects of heat treatment and rolling processes on the thread defects of the TC4 titanium alloy bolts were investigated. The results show that as the solution treatment temperature decreases or the aging temperature increases, the shear strength of the material decreases, the depth of thread tip defects reduces, and there are no thread root defects. With the increase of aging time, the shear strength of the material changes slightly, the depth of thread tip defects shows no significant difference, and there is no impact on thread root defects. The feed time, spindle speed and pressure holding time during thread rolling are reflected in the contact friction time between the thread rolling die and the workpiece. The longer the friction time, the more serious the thread defects.
