重熔固溶处理对镍基高温合金组织与高温蠕变性能的影响

Effect of remelting solution treatment on microstructure and high temperature creep rupture properties of a nickel-based superalloy

摘要: 研究了简单固溶和重熔固溶处理对一种镍基单晶高温合金固溶+时效组织和高温蠕变性能的影响。采用扫描电镜及能谱表征了热处理后合金的枝晶偏析和γ′相的形貌特征,利用高温蠕变试验机测量了合金在1100 ℃/137 MPa下的蠕变寿命。结果表明,通过简单固溶处理后,合金仍存在较为明显的枝晶花样和微观偏析。采用高温重熔固溶处理后,枝晶花样模糊,但初熔微孔相较简单固溶后有所增加。经过不同重熔固溶处理与时效处理后的γ′相形貌因子平均值均接近1.4,γ′相的立方度好,残余元素偏析小。经含1320 ℃×2 h均匀化处理的重熔固溶处理后,合金有相对较好的高温持久性能。但重熔固溶处理导致微孔含量增加,会恶化合金的蠕变性能。

Abstract: Effect of simple solution and remelting solution treatments on the aged microstructure and high temperature creep rupture properties of a nickel-based single crystal superalloy was investigated. The dendritic segregation and morphology of the γ′ phase in the heat-treated alloy were characterized using scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The creep life of the tested alloy at 1100 ℃/137 MPa was measured using a high-temperature creep testing machine. The results show that after simple solution treatment, the alloy still exhibits a relatively obvious dendritic pattern and microsegregation. After remelting solution treatment, the dendritic pattern is blurred, but the primary melting porosity increases compared to that after simple solution treatment. The average value of Feret ratio of the γ′ phase after different remelting solution treatments and aging is close to 1.4, the cubicity of the γ′ phase is good, and the segregation of residual elements is small. After undergoing a remelting solution treatment containing a homogenization treatment at 1320 ℃ for 2 h, the alloy exhibits relatively good high temperature creep rupture properties. However, remelting solution treatment leads to an increase in microporosity content, resulting in the deterioration of the alloy's creep rupture properties.
