保压时间对中碳低合金钢板热成形质量的影响

Effect of holding time on hot forming quality of a medium carbon low alloy steel plate

摘要: 为满足特种车辆对热成形底甲板高精度、高性能的要求,研究了保压时间对中碳低合金钢板热成形尺寸精度、组织与性能的影响。结果表明,保压时间对热成形件尺寸精度具有较大影响,而对力学性能与微观组织影响较小。适当延长保压时间可减小热成形件的变形回弹,进而提高其尺寸精度。30、45和60 s保压时间下热成形件的平均抗拉强度分别为1802、1807和1825 MPa,平均断后伸长率分别为11.55%、10.61%和10.41%,平均显微硬度分别为548.5、542.2和548.4 HV0.1,微观组织均为马氏体。

Abstract: To meet the high precision and high performance requirements of special vehicles for hot forming bottom deck plates, the effect of holding time on the dimensional accuracy, microstructure and mechanical properties of medium carbon low alloy steel plate was investigated. The results show that the holding time has a significant impact on the dimensional accuracy of the hot formed part, but has a smaller impact on the mechanical properties and microstructure. Appropriately extending the holding time can reduce the deformation springback of the hot formed part, thereby improving the dimensional accuracy. The average tensile strength of the hot formed part under holding time of 30, 45 and 60 s is 1802, 1807 and 1825 MPa, the average elongation after fracture is 11.55%, 10.61% and 10.41%, the average microhardness is 548.5, 542.2 and 548.4 HV0.1, and the microstructure is martensite.
