国外某航空发动机轴承组织及渗氮层深分析

Analysis of microstructure and nitrided layer depth for a foreign aeroengine bearing

摘要: 对国外某航空发动机轴承内圈的化学成分、组织及渗氮层深度进行了检测。研究发现,该轴承材料为M50NiL钢,表面经过渗氮处理,硬度法检测发现滚道面以下硬化层深度约为310 μm。表面渗氮层组织为隐针马氏体+大量纳米级析出相,心部组织为粗大马氏体+少量析出相。析出相分为两种结构,VN型氮化物和M6C型碳化物。

Abstract: Chemical composition, microstructure and nitrided layer depth of inner ring of a foreign aeroengine bearing were tested. The investigation finds that the bearing material is M50NiL steel, and the surface is treated by nitriding. The hardness tests show that the depth of the hardened layer under the raceway surface is about 310 μm. The microstructure of nitrided layer is composed of cryptocrystalline martensite and many nano-scale precipitates. The microstructure of core is coarse martensite, with a small number of precipitates. The precipitates are divided into two structures: VN type nitrides and M6C type carbides.
