退火温度对深冲用钢成形性与织构的影响

Influence of annealing temperature on formability and texture of a deep drawing steel

摘要: 以CSP工艺生产的热轧板经70%压下率冷轧后的冷轧板为研究对象,研究了退火温度(690~710 ℃)对冷轧板成形性及织构的影响。采用力学性能测试和X射线衍射法,对性能和织构进行了表征。结果表明,相同冷轧压下率下,3种退火温度处理冷轧板的力学性能均满足JISG 3141-1994标准要求。退火温度为700 ℃时,应变硬化指数n值、塑性应变比r值最大,γ纤维织构强度较大,此时材料的深冲性能较好,但随退火温度进一步升高,n值、r值下降,γ纤维织构较弱,深冲性能下降。

Abstract: Taking the cold-rolled plate produced by CSP process with a 70% reduction rate from hot-rolled plate as the research object, the effect of annealing temperature (690-710 ℃) on the formability and texture of the cold-rolled plate was studied. The mechanical properties and texture were characterized by means of mechanical property test and X-ray diffraction method. The results show that under the same cold-rolling reduction rate, the mechanical properties of the cold-rolled plates annealed at three temperatures all meet the requirements of JISG 3141-1994 standard. At annealing temperature of 700 ℃, the strain hardening index n value and plastic strain ratio r value are the largest, and the γ-fiber texture intensity is higher, where the deep drawing performance of the material is better. However, as the annealing temperature further increases, the n and r values decrease, the γ-fiber texture is weakened, and the deep drawing performance decreases.
