30MnVS6铁素体-珠光体型非调质钢中残余Mo元素对组织的影响及其等温正火处理

Effect of residual Mo element on microstructure of 30MnVS6 ferrite-pearlite non-quenched and tempered steel and its isothermal normalizing process

摘要: 对工业化生产的不同批次热轧态30MnVS6非调质钢进行成分检测及组织观察,并测定其静态CCT曲线,研究等温正火工艺对30MnVS6钢显微组织的影响。结果表明,残余0.019%Mo的钢中存在贝氏体组织。由静态CCT曲线可知,残余Mo对30MnVS6钢的珠光体、铁素体相变无明显影响,但使马氏体、贝氏体相变区右移。含贝氏体组织的钢经950 ℃保温30 min,空冷至550 ℃等温90 min,空冷的等温正火处理后,组织为珠光体-铁素体,硬度为238 HBW,满足显微组织为珠光体-铁素体和硬度≥230 HBW的技术要求。

Abstract: Composition testing and microstructure observation were carried out on different batches of hot-rolled 30MnVS6 non-quenched and tempered steel produced by industrialization, and static CCT curve was measured, and the effect of isothermal normalizing on microstructure of the 30MnVS6 steel was studied. The results show that microstructure of the steel with residual 0.019%Mo contains bainite. According to the static CCT curve, residual Mo has no significant effect on the pearlite and ferrite transformation of the 30MnVS6 steel, but shifts the martensite and bainite transformation zones to the right. The steel containing bainite structure is insulated at 950 ℃ for 30 min, air-cooled to 550 ℃ and isothermal treated for 90 min then air-cooled, the microstructure is pearlite-ferrite, with a hardness of 238 HBW, meeting the technical requirements of microstructure of pearlite-ferrite and hardness not less than 230 HBW.
