高韧超高强度DT2200钢的动态力学行为

Dynamic mechanical behavior of high-toughness ultra-high strength DT2200 steel

摘要: 对2200 MPa级高韧超高强度DT2200钢的动态力学行为展开研究,利用MTS万能试验机、霍普金森压杆、拉伸试验机测试试验钢的0.001~0.1 s-1低应变速率准静态性能和950~2950 s-1高应变速率动态性能,并利用OM、SEM分析试验钢在不同应变速率下的组织演变和断裂机制。结果表明,在准静态压缩应变超过75%时试验钢并未出现开裂现象,表现出很好的延展性,在950~2950 s-1的高应变速率动态试验中,试验钢表现出强烈的应变速率敏感性,在应变速率为1580 s-1时动态屈服强度突破了3000 MPa。微观组织表明,试验钢在高应变速率下板条马氏体受应力破碎形成亚晶,且伴随着位错密度的增加。结合准静态、动态力学试验结果,构建了试验钢的动态J-C标准模型和J-C失效模型,可对材料动态行为和失效行为进行预测。

Abstract: Dynamic mechanical behavior of 2200 MPa grade high-toughness ultra-high strength steel DT2200 was investigated. The quasi-static properties of the steel at low strain rate of 0.001-0.1 s-1 and the dynamic properties at high strain rate of 950-2950 s-1were studied by using MTS universal testing machine, Hopkinson pressure bar and tensile testing machine, and the microstructure evolution and fracture mechanism at different strain rates were analyzed by using OM and SEM. The results show that when the quasi-static compressive strain exceeds 75%, the steel does not crack, showing good ductility. During the dynamic test with high strain rate of 950-2950 s-1, the steel shows strong strain rate sensitivity, and the dynamic yield strength exceeds 3000 MPa when the strain rate is 1580 s-1. The microstructure shows that at high strain rate, the lath martensite is broken under stress to form subgrains, which is accompanied by the increase of dislocation density. Based on the results of quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties, the dynamic J-C standard model and J-C failure model of the steel are constructed, which can be applied to predict the dynamic behavior and failure behavior.
