多级固溶时效对7×××系超高强冷挤压铝合金组织性能的影响

Effect of multistage solution and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of 7××× series ultra-high strength cold extruded aluminum alloy

摘要: 通过对一种超高强7×××系铝合金进行多级固溶时效处理,发现随着固溶温度的升高以及时效时长的增加,会导致合金的力学性能显著提升后有所下降。结果发现,采用450 ℃×2 h+460 ℃×2 h+470 ℃×2 h+480 ℃×2 h,水冷的固溶强化以及121 ℃×12 h时效处理后,合金能获得更好的力学性能,强度、硬度和塑性匹配更加优良。

Abstract: Through the multistage solution and aging treatment of an ultra-high strength 7××× series aluminum alloy, it is found that with the increase of solution temperature and aging time, the mechanical properties of the alloy are significantly improved and then decreased. The results show that the optimum multistage solution process is solution treated at 450 ℃ for 2 h, 460 ℃ for 2 h, 470 ℃ for 2 h, 480 ℃ for 2 h, then water cooling and aging at 121 ℃ for 12 h, the alloy can obtain better mechanical properties and better matching of strength, hardness and plasticity.
