长时运行R26镍基合金螺栓的微观组织与力学性能

Microstructure and mechanical properties of R26 nickel based alloy bolt during long-term service

摘要: 利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、万能电子试验机、冲击试验机、维氏及布氏硬度计研究了服役90 000 h后R26合金螺栓的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明,经长期服役后R26合金螺栓组织为γ基体以及带状分布的析出相及细晶区域,析出相为TiC碳化物,带状组织会导致螺栓显微硬度升高,服役后R26合金螺栓的强度、硬度指标较高,其塑韧性指标相对较低,拉伸断口及冲击断口均为沿晶脆性断裂特征。

Abstract: Microstructure and mechanical properties of the R26 alloy bolt after serving for 90 000 h were studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, universal electronic testing machine, impact testing machine, Vickers and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that after long-term service, the microstructure of the R26 alloy bolt consists of γ matrix and precipitated phases with banded distribution and fine grain regions, where the precipitated phase is TiC carbides. Meanwhile, the banded structure leads to higher microhardness. The strength and hardness indices of the R26 alloy bolt after service are relatively higher, while its plasticity and toughness indices are relatively lower, and the tensile and impact fracture are both intergranular brittle fracture characteristics.
