斜坡固溶处理对镍基单晶高温合金组织与性能的影响

Effect of ramp solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of nickel-based single crystal superalloy

摘要: 对某镍基单晶高温合金进行1340~1365 ℃保温30 min的固溶处理,利用金相法确定了该合金的初熔温度,随后对其进行不同温度的斜坡固溶+时效处理,研究了斜坡固溶对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,试验合金的初熔温度为1355~1360 ℃。采用斜坡固溶处理,可提高合金的初熔温度点,当斜坡固溶温度达到1360 ℃时,合金未发生初熔。随斜坡固溶温度的升高,元素偏析程度逐步下降,特别是Re元素的偏析显著降低;合金的γ'相尺寸均匀性、立方度逐渐升高。1360 ℃×10 h斜坡固溶+时效处理试样在1100 ℃/137 MPa下的蠕变寿命达到500 h以上,大幅超过同等第四代镍基单晶高温合金400 h的要求。

Abstract: A nickel-based single crystal superalloy was solution treated at 1340-1365 ℃ for 30 min, and the initial melting temperature of the alloy was determined by metallographic method. Subsequently, ramp solution treatment at different temperatures plus aging was carried out to investigate the effect of ramp solution treatment on its microstructure and properties. The results show that the initial melting temperature of the alloy is 1355-1360 ℃. The ramp solution treatment can increase the initial melting temperature of the alloy, and the alloy does not undergo initial melting when the ramp solution temperature reaches 1360 ℃. With the increase of ramp solution temperature, the degree of element segregation gradually decreases, especially the segregation of Re element is significantly reduced, and the size uniformity and cubicity of γ' phase in the alloy gradually increase. The creep life under the condition of 1100 ℃/137 MPa of the alloy exceeds 500 h after treated by ramp solution treatment at 1360 ℃ for 10 h followed by aging treatment, which significantly exceeds the requirement of 400 h for the equivalent fourth-generation nickel-based single-crystal superalloy.
